Our company was established to address a longstanding issue within the appraisal
industry: the disconnect that often exists between lenders, appraisal management
companies, and appraisers.
In many cases, appraisal management companies serve only as intermediaries. While
they may coordinate the process, they often lack meaningful experience in either lender
operations or the actual development of complex appraisal assignments. That gap can
create unnecessary friction, inefficient communication, avoidable revision cycles, and

complementary strengths: extensive national AMC operating experience and high-level
